The authors regret that the following errors were included in the published article:

In the Methods section, the citrate concentration was incorrectly reported as 10⁹ mmol/L instead of 109 mmol/L.

In Tables 1, 2, and 4, the unit of measurement for ETP was incorrectly reported as nM/min instead of nM × min.

In Table 1, the number of patients with increased Lag Time was incorrectly reported as 111 (90.9%) instead of 101 (90.9%).

In the Results section, on page 5, it was incorrectly reported that one of the eight patients who experienced thrombosis had increased ETP (12.5%). In fact, two of these patients (Patients 4 and 8, Table 4) had increased ETP (25%).

In the Results section, on page 5, the abbreviation MPAL was erroneously reported as MAPL.

In Table 2, the upper limit of the age range was incorrectly reported as 88.7 years in the AML group and 86.1 years in the overall cohort. The correct upper limit for both is 86.4 years (as correctly stated in the Results section).

In the Results section, on page 5, the time from diagnosis to thrombosis was incorrectly reported as 0.13 months (range 0–4.07). The correct median is 1.58 months (range 0–6.83).

In Table 3, “Hypometilating agent” should read “Hypomethylating agent”.

These corrections do not affect the overall results, interpretation, or conclusions of the study.
