Abstract

This manuscript presents a rare case of cold agglutinin syndrome (CAS) and the hemophagocytic phenomenon as complications of COVID-19, highlighting the role of monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) in the pathophysiology of these conditions.
